By using www.pujaboxes.com and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Information

• All kits are curated based on size selection (8″, 10″, 12″) and may include slight variations.

• Images on the website are for reference only. Idol decorations, packaging colors, or items may differ due to availability.

2. Orders & Delivery

• Free delivery is available only for gated communities in Hyderabad.

• We do our best to deliver on the chosen date and time slot, but delays may occur due to external factors like traffic or delivery partner load.

• If home delivery is not feasible, alternate pickup points will be shared via WhatsApp.

3. Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

• We accept UPI, net banking, and other secure payment methods.

• We do not store or share any payment details.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are allowed up to 3 days before the scheduled delivery.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after that, or for orders already delivered.

• In case of a quality or damage issue, please reach out to us with photos within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Communication

• By placing an order, you agree to receive updates via WhatsApp or email about your delivery, product info, and offers.

• You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.

6. Privacy

• Your personal information is protected as per our Privacy Policy.

• We only use your data for order processing and customer support.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
