At Pujaboxes, we take great care in curating and delivering your eco-friendly pooja kits with love and responsibility. Please read our refund and returns policy below:
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order up to 9 days before the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellations made after this window will not be eligible for a refund as kits are made to order and perishable in nature.
Returns
Since our products include eco-friendly idols and consumable pooja items, we do not accept returns once the kit has been delivered.
Please ensure someone is available at your provided address during the selected delivery slot.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your kit arrives damaged or with missing items, please:
Take clear photos of the package and items.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.
We will review your concern and offer a suitable replacement or partial refund based on the situation.
Approved replacements will be delivered in 7-10 working days
Refunds
Approved refunds (for cancellations or damaged items) will be credited within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for:
Incorrect address or contact details provided.
Missed deliveries due to unavailability at the delivery location.
Delays caused by external factors like traffic or weather.
Shipping Policy
As we are shipping and delivering only in Hyderabad. All the orders will be processed in 2-3 working hours and will be delivered in 24-48 working hours
